Secondly, based on the function requirements and the knowledge of TMN typical management model, especially SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) management model, we design the O&M software, and then realize and validate it.The proposed O&M software in this paper can provide a reliable and efficient O&M management for TD-SCDMA BS, and implement the configuration management, performance management, alarm management, supervision management, file management, etc. This software can not only benefit the cheap polo shirts communication manufactures, but also is a favorable factor of TD-SCDMA standard in the market competition.
